I love a liquor store where the staff is friendly, but not overbearing and know what the heck they are talking about. If I need a recommendation they are there to help, but if I want to be left alone and look at different wine labels (it's fun!) they leave me be. My BF and I recently visited Napa and went to a very private, exclusive winery located on a hill. Whiskers is the only place I've found that has their wine! When I complemented the employee at the register he said they pride themselves on having unique bottles that other stores don't carry. I also love a good deal, and they had a number of displays set up with discounted bottles of wine. I love that! It's nice to keep my wino status while on a budget! They have a big selection of refrigerated bottles if you are looking for a white or bubbly to drink within the next couple hours. Stop in at Mr. Whiskers and have a great experience! Plus when you are looking at your bank statement and see a charge to "Mr. Whiskers", you can't help but laugh. ”
